Return Policy

Unless otherwise noted, Rack Attack will fully refund all items if returned with the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories within 60 days of the original product shipping date. Refunds may only be credited back to the original purchaser and will be refunded on the original purchasing credit card.

Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and the merchandise must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, and accessories.

After the 60 day period is up any returns accepted by Rack Attack will be credited with Rack Attack gift certificates only.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is the responsibility of the original purchaser to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser unless Rack Attack was at fault (in which case we will send you a UPS shipping label for your return). Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound shipping charge, based on the original outbound shipping method. Closeout/clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

All packages refused by the customer are subject to the terms and conditions of our return policy plus any additional return shipping costs charged to us by the shipping company. All refused cargo box shipments are subject to an additional $100 transportation fee, which will be charged to the customer's credit card.
