Does the Yakima single SKS lock core come with the control key and the lock keys? The image seems to only show the control key. I recently purchased the lock housing not knowing that it would require purchasing the core separately. So now I need a core, a control key AND the regular lock keys.

I have a yakima rack installed but I've lost the key. I still have the Gold Master key. Can I buy new silver keys or do I have to replace the cores?

If you know the 4 digit code that was located on the key itself or on the side of the core itself, you can give us that code and we can get the proper key to you. If you can't recall the key code, as long as the lock core is unlocked, you can use the master key to remove the core and get the code from there. Unfortunately, if the lock core in question is in fact locked, there is nothing we can do for you unless you are local to our store. Your best bet in that situation would be to contact an authorized Yakima dealer in your area, you can find one at www.yakima.com under FIND A DEALER.
But as I said, try to get that lock core out, write down the code, and give us a call so we can track down the proper key. There are hundreds of keys, but only the exact code will work.
