If you find a lower price with another authorized dealer online or in-store, we'll match the offer* before you buy or within 30 days of your purchase.

This means that if you buy from us and then find the same product at a different authorized dealer for less, we’ll refund the difference - there is nothing to lose!

If our own price is reduced after your purchase, reach out within 30 days, and we will refund you the difference.

Fine Print

• The discount Rack Attack offers cannot exceed 20% off MSRP.
• All price matches must involve a website or retailer directly selling the product you wish to have matched.
• The product must be in Canadian / US dollars and include all shipping costs and other charges.
• The product must be sold by an authorized dealer in Canada / the US.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

Exclusions:

• The policy excludes the following categories
  • Trailer hitches
  • Drop shipped products
  • Discontinued products
  • Installation and services
• The policy excludes the following types of products:
  • Offers unavailable to the general public - including trade, special event, club, or membership offers.
  • Clearance, second-hand, refurbished, ex-demonstration, or display products.
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction, or classifieds websites.
  • Products supplied through unauthorized distributors or delivered directly to customers from an overseas vendor.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Products with pricing set more than 20% below the recommended retail price or market value.
