Will the Thule 804 Surf Pads fit on the Thule 422XT crossbars?

Yes, any of the Aero style surf pads will fit on the crossbars of the 422XT. Just stay away from the "regular" shaped pads and you're good to go!

How many pads are in one order? Is it just one, or a set of two. Also, how does the pad secure to the aero bar? Zipper?

There are two pads in a set, and they attached with ties.
