Great product. I've found with all of these types of products regardless of manufacturer, the instructions are often lacking as they were in this case. However, the design and setup is intuitive so I was able to figure it out with no hassle. The mounting system is quite clever and doesn't require tools (other than to use the height adjustment which I don't need). It is easy to load and seems that it will be easy to remove in summer. There is little to no wind noise when unloaded and the carrier looks great as well. It does what it should and does it well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below you will find a list of the most frequently asked questions for this product. If you need more assistance you can email a rack-install technician, or call us at: 1-877-432-8301

If your vehicle has crossbars this rack is easy and quick to install in about 15 minutes. If your vehicle doesn't have any crossbars then you will have to get those first (excluding the Thule Snowcat or SportRack Groomer 8, which only need raised rails to mount).

No! Any tools required for installing this rack product come included in the box!

Not at all. How far apart the two ski rack clamps, and how wide your stance is set up on your board, is going to be different for everyone. If you're unable to fit both bindings between the two clamps it's just fine to load your board with one binding in front or behind. If you only have one board being loaded it's often best to load your board with your bindings facing down.

All of the ski racks we sell come as a pair!

As long as you're staying with the same brand you can specify a key number with your order, and we will match any included or purchased locks.

Absolutely! All clamp style ski racks work great for carrying fishing rods. If you only need to carry rods and never boards there are some fishing specific options available. Click the button below to see what we have to offer!
