The bars were an inch too large for the foot blocks. This was fixed by cutting a slit in the bottom so the foot plate could be adjusted.

Very good quality. Easy to install. Would recommend.

The material did fit correctly to my car. My only hesitation in giving a 5 was that the instructions were in picture format only, which I found somewhat confusing, with not enough detail in some areas. I would have liked some text and a bit more detail on some items.

Well engineered, good quality

Only real issue was one of my cross bars was bent on the end and I had to pry it back into shape to get the end caps on.

These bars are wide compared to older styles - if you are planning to use other fittings like kayak racks etc you may want to check they can accommodate the extra width. My kayak rack can just fit on these bars.

Really like these bars especially the ease of installing attachments. I had the Aero Blade Bars on my last rack. The Evo bars are more advanced and make life easy when putting on T-Track attachments like the Thule Canoe Carrier TH819 with Xadapt12. Now I can place my gunwale brackets anywhere on the bar without regard to where the feet are. Very slick

Excellent fit. I have mounted it to my 2022 Jeep and it feels solid and secure.

Easy ordering process. Install was simple.

I've purchased thousands of dollars of Thule equipment over the years and mostly I find their products to be of superlative design and quality. However I found the weather strips that install in the upper side of the bar to be very frustrating to install and still don't fit flush with the bar surface. It seems simple enough but is very difficult to get them seated properly resulting in ripples in the rubber strip. Perhaps some instructions or install tips would help.

As advertised, the only thing I would like is more adjustability for an individual to use a Longer Wing bar on short stance rooftop rails. For instance, having Bars that are 47" on a Tacoma Canopy for Standard length, it would be nice to be able to utilize a 60" bar for more racks such as Kayak or ski/snowboard racks adjacent to a top-mounted basket. This currently is not an option with the Evo Wing Bar.

Like with most things these days instructions are not very clear and don't address common issues people seem to be having. I watched a couple of YouTube vids to figure it out. Product is great and working out well to transport my kayaks.

Finally got all the pieces needed looks and works great. Very happy with it.

The front rail dimension was a good fit. The factory roof rails on the car however taper inward on the rear and my bicycle rack allows for a 40" spread. I installed the front rail as far forward as I could but the rear rail was too long for mounting underneath. The included rubber inserts for the underside allowed for a 3" longer slot undermount on each side of the wingbar. I only needed 2" on each side - so I machined the slot underneath to accomodate the shorter span of the raised rails on the car. All good. I like the fact that the front and rear rails are the same length. I don't know why Thule would not machine the slots underneath a little bit longer. Very quiet rails, not like the round Yakima ones I bought before.
