Ordering all these parts sucks. So far we've had to order 3 different parts, all one after another because we didn't realize we needed the other parts and then we called in for the last pieces only to be advised to get the wrong ones. So now we have to return those and get the right stuff HOPEFULLY and THEN it's so complicated to set up and with such shoddy instructions that we're paying $80 to have it done for us. And my man is an electrician! Very handy with most stuff but it's more of a pain than he's willing to deal with for $80. Anyway, hopefully the product is nice once we actually get it on there, but the process is terrible and could be streamlined to help the consumer know what they need and get the right parts.
