The cores were easy to install and now I only need one key to lock my Kayak and bike racks. Very convenient.

Off to the wrong start with this purchase. No instructions, 2 calls to specialist. Once I got with Justin, he was able to set things straight and was extremely helpful. We discussed the disconnects and said he would follow up. Thanks Justin ??

The locks word great however the instructions left a bit to be desired. It's not a complicated product but the instructions are not very clear. The locks work great though.

The material did fit correctly to my car. My only hesitation in giving a 5 was that the instructions were in picture format only, which I found somewhat confusing, with not enough detail in some areas. I would have liked some text and a bit more detail on some items.

These and the plastic they fit into, are almost silly. They do work. But they wouldn't stop anyone from stealing the rack. Trivial to force them open. Given that you need allen-wrench tools to get the rack off the car, anybody with a screwdriver could pop these trivially. I suppose thieves might *think* they are better locks and be deterred.

Cores worked well in my Rack 450R. They worked ok in my hullivator but did not fit as well as I expected. I was a bit disappointed that they arrived in a zip-lok freezer bag.

There seems to be a step missing in the instructions between #2 and #3: how to remove the factory installed core locks from a Thule cargo box before doing the installation of the new keyed-alike locks.

I find the locks rather cheap and not easy to slide the key into for operation. Thule should raise their game with these accessories and perhaps include them with the rack at no additional charge.

As all Thule products...fit perfect and work perfect
