Used it only a couple of time, but mounted 4 bikes on it and it was easier than previous rack I had. Good overall bike rack. The anti-sway straps are somewhat hard to remove (or maybe I did not figure them out yet)

The locking cable needs to be a little longer. I have to use the Thule frame adapter and don’t think the locking cable will be long enough to fit around all 4 bikes between the bike frames and then to the lock itself.

I love the rack and it is very stable and works well. I wasn't able to easily put a kids bike with 20inch wheels on but you can jam it on. I do love the integrated lock mechanism and ease of installation.

The locks are kind of dumb, specially the one locking the entire rack to the vehicle with a very weird mechanism. The cable for locking the bikes is too thin and minimal, not something you can really trust to protect your bikes. Thule added screws so the bike holders would not slide on the rack. I would expect some better approach
