Solid rack that has all the features we were looking for - the vertical setup, accessible tailgate with the tilt option (which is actually my favorite on the Highlander). It was easy to install and hanging up our bikes was the easiest step - one of our kids’ bikes doesn’t have suspension feature but made it work and was still able to strap it to the rack. We drove around in it like that and it didn’t go anywhere. This is a very stable, solid rack based on our experience. We’re very happy with it.

I love the rack, but it was very scratched up out of the box. Rack Attack has not responded to my email with photos of the damage. I’m very disappointed in the customer service received.

Just want I wanted!

Love the rack. 6 bikes, relatively easy to load (if you’re strong) and none of them touch the other. It is difficult for some folks to load bikes when the rack is fully extended, but there is an option (for some vehicles) for the rack to be used partially extended. It’s big, but it does the trick.

My jeep is lifted and is running 35 inch tires. That means I have a really large spare hanging on the back. The hangover fits perfectly into the hitch and is long enough to bypass the big spare tire. It’s awesome

This order came very quickly from Rack Attack after our local bike shop told us the rack was unavailable. So far it functions well, especially the foot pedal adjustable angle. The rack is a little heavy for a smaller person to handle.
