Thule Doubletrack Pro Bike Rack

Quality build, no rattling or excessive wobbles. Good features, well thought out. Can drop my tailgate (F-150) without interference. Like the integrated locks on both hitch & mast clamps. Instructions really suck, but if you know which end of a hammer is the handle then you should be able to figure it out without too much cussin’. 4 out of 5 due to short term of actual use.

This is the best out there. It was my only choice for my Mini Cooper that ticked off all on my list.

A good rack for the money. Meets my needs. Was able test up for a men’s and women’s bike.

As with all Thule products, item well engineered. Build quality is evident throughout. Item was backordered. RackAttack kept me informed with periodic emails. Then a phone call when the item was in. Very happy with their service and especially their communication.

If this is a complaint at all but assembly instructions sucked. Otherwise seems to be a good product. Time will tell.

Satisfied overall with this rack once I got it together, seems well designed for two bikes. However, the pictogram assembly instructions (no text) were not easy to figure out, with small black and white drawings. (I tried to google a video but couldn't find one for this product, only found older Doubletrack versions. Additionally, two pieces were broken out of the box... a molded screw fitting on one of the plastic pieces, and the swinging cover to the hitch lock bolt. I contacted Thule CS as per the instructions but haven't heard anything.

2013 Volkswagen Touareg / Touareg 2

Excellent for my needs. Installed it on a RV. Easy to mount and install. For me it is the best value. Rack is stiff and bikes are well maintained. The lock feature is great too. Very satisfied about this quality product.
