Great rack at a great price! This is the first time, as an Amazon Prime client, that I have ordered a non-Prime item. The rack came a few days earlier than the delivery window that was provided when I placed my order. The package was delivered by UPS and had no apparent damage or bruising to the box. The package had never been opened, all parts were accounted for and the rack pieces were abundantly wrapped with foam packing sheets. It took about 20 min. to unbox the rack, discard the protective packing and make the assembly. All-in-all, I am very pleased with the Yakima rack and the sales/delivery experience via Rack Attack.

It's pretty good. Works as advertised, but there is still some play where the rack goes into the hitch. Overall, its seems pretty stable. It was easy to assemble and it's easy to load bikes. The release pin to tilt it up and down is in an awkward place and hard for one person to operate when bikes are loaded (tilting down). And no one mentions the locking pin, which is also in an awkward place and an annoying and fiddly thing to remember when folding and unfolding the rack. When titled down with bikes loaded, the rear hatch clears it easily.
