Yakima FullTilt 4 Bike Rack

Unfortunately the Full Tilt does not stick out far enough to work in conjunction with a spare tire. You could you use a platform setup, or a spare tire carrier else where on the vehicle.

This rack doesn't offer rear vehicle access out of the box. However, if your trailer hitch is 2" you can use the Yakima Backswing to add this feature to the rack. Just note the 250 lbs BackSwing weight limit.
