Very disappointed in product and service. This bike rack is very unstable when attached to my 2" hitch. It sways a couple of inches to each side when there are no bikes are on it. I informed customer service about it and they said that there was nothing they can do. They suggested that I take it off my car when I don't have bikes on it. Not very helpful and I can't return it. I have read other reviews elsewhere and other people are having the same problem. As long as you keep your bikes on the rack you shouldn't have any problems.

The chainstrips break very easy. If you are away from home and they break you are screwed. They are not cheap. Also rack has a hard time holding 4 bikes.

Straps break easy make it useless. Costly to replace straps. When break you cannot get bike home.

A near catastrophic event can happen from a phantom flip while driving. The put together instructions are not clear.

Absolutely love this product. New to the bike hitch racks .. with NO regrets. Its never in the way..very strong and supportive...Does have a tendency to collect water...but once you place it sidewways...seems to empty out. Not sure how the rust factor will play out..but currently..we are very pleased! Would highly recommend this product for ease of use, strong support and great quality.
