The construction of the Bike rack is exemplary. I haven't used it yet as the hitch for my SUV hasn't been installed but from what I can tell from assembling the rack, it is very sturdy dan nothing warps, bends or moves at all.

Use it for short hops to trails nearby. Super handy as so light weight and easy to take on and off hitch on car.

This is a great bike rack system. Extremely easy to instal and remove. The rack locks to the rear car hitch and there’s a cable on top to secure the bikes. Very stable at highway speeds no need to look back if your bikes are still there.

I purchased an earlier model of this hitch rack nearly 10 years ago. It is extremely well built, uses good materials and provides excellent stable support for 4 bicycles. It also has TWO locks, one on the hitch and a second which pulls out and extends over the bicycles. This rack has been mounted on my GLK since purchase, being removed only during winter weather for storage. After about 8 years, the rubber cradle inserts began to deteriorate, dry out and crack. The straps also deteriorated after many years. I contacted Inno and asked for replacements since the deterioration was not a result of either wear or tearing, just material "rottin" as they conceded. The initial response was that I had the rack for years and could not expect replacement of these parts. I emphasized that it had a lifetime warranty limited only by proof of purchase and continued ownership. As a matter of goodwill, they agreed to send new cradles and straps which I installed and it is now like new. The hinges, springs, locks, etc all work perfectly. The frame is sturdy beyond belief. I am now 73 years of age and certain I will have this rack for the rest of my life and use it to carry my bikes and my grandchildren's bikes. Inno is part of a Japanese company, Carmate, and this is a typical well made Japanese product. Considering the use and amount of time I have owned it it is truly a good value. By the way, if you do happen to lose or damage the straps or cradles they are replaceable. Parts are on the Inno website. By the way, I also bought Inno rails for my roof rack and they are also well engineered and constructed. After 10 years they show no signs of wear and the locks all function perfectly.

The Rack that I originally ordered was Out of Stock with a lengthy restocking time due to the Our of Country Manufacturer. RackAttack's Website made if very easy to review alternative racks for my vehicle. The Thule Helium Pro 3 was not only In Stock at RackAttack, it turned out to be a much better rack. It is made of light weight aluminum and has an excellent design with outstanding features. So glad that my originally rack with out of stock.
