BNice simple product, allen bolt was missing from one of the bar mounts. Rack Attack MN crew was very helpful to resolving the slight product (from the factory) snafu.

Can't believe how disappointed I am in this product. Setup and installation was a simple as could be. Installed and tightened all components per the manufacturers instructions. First trip to the bike shop went just fine. It was all down hill from after driving around a few more days. One of the bolts had come unscrewed and the tower had all but slid off the bed rail. I moved it back tightened everything again. I checked all the towers. Another couple days and two other towers had the same issue. Wash rinse repeat. Going to try some thread lock and see if that helps. This rack only offers the illusion of security. Two guys could make off with the base system in 5 minutes or less.

I'm quite happy with these brackets. Installation was fairly easy, the first one took about 10 minutes to adjust, the remaining 3 took only a couple minutes each. The only minor issue was a sticky thread on one of the brackets which required me to remove the bracket and clean it up before re-installing. The cross bars adjust easily, my bike rack looks great on top and my entire bed is free for other stuff.

Box bases were simple enough to install. One of the clamp brackets had excessive paint that prevented the threaded rod from turning freely to tension the base. This was simply rectified with a de-bur tool.
