No, the Snowcat will not fit the Grand Cherokee flush rails.

The SnowCat isn't specific to a particular vehicle, it has the ability to clamp onto most factory roof rack side rails.
These are the type of rails that are raised up off the roof of the vehicle and run from front to back.

I just measured the Snowcat and it appears to be 6.5" tall from where it would sit on the siderails. So if you have 6.5" of clearance from the top of your siderail to the top of your garage, then you should have enough space.
