This is a sturdy well built rack that fits the over sized spare on my Jeep. Only problem is the arms are too short to carry more than one bike. I have a Specialized Mt Bike with a rear rack to fit disc brakes. I can't get my wife's bike and mine to fit the rack. Regular road bikes would be fine. I wish Yakima had made it to fit 3 bikes then I'd have room. I am thinking about taking the rack to a fabricating shop and see if they can cut the arms and install extensions. Great rack except for this problem, I am also making Yakima aware of this, I hope they change the design.

Fantastic! A quality product that was easy to install, and get the bike on and go. With security features built in and simple to use I do recommend. We also bought Yakima tube tops for girl bike and mountain bike, works as advertised!

Perfect fit for any Wrangler. Super easy to install, doesnt take up a bunch of space and easy loading/unloading. Couldn't ask for anything more. Amazing value for the price too.

Does this Yakima Spare Time Bike Holder come with a cable lock to lock bikes to the rack?

The mounting plate does not fit over the bolts due to their position even if the cutout is rotated. The tire size is P255/70R18. Have you found this to be a common problem? Is there a solution?

On the Wrangler you need to remove the center portion of the mounting plate. To do this you'll need to take the large allen head bolt out so that piece can be removed. Once this is done the mounting support will fit without issue.
