Does it fit a 2 1/4'' rack bar?

The 23H is for oval shaped factory crossbars and it measures 2.75" wide, and .75" thick. Therefore, the 23H would be a little big for a 2.25" crossbar. If you have any other questions, feel free to call us at 1-888-399-RACK.
