I purchased my rack about four months age. As an older woman the Thule 990 Doubletrack has made taking my bike with me so easy. I was able to install it myself. I was surprised at how easily it went together. Prior to my purchase, I spent a tremendous amount of time looking for something that was easy for me to load and had the security of locking the bikes in. Now my grandson and I can go where every we want to ride. Thank you for a marvelous, sturdy, safe, product. I purchased my rack through Amazon, but from this site. I would purchase directly fom the site in the future because of the staff interaction. The staff at Rackattack was readily available to answer any question I had. A big thank you to your staff. They are greatly appreciated.
