Will the 881 top deck kayak carrier feet mount to my factory cross bar on my 4Runner?
Hey Duke,
According to Thule you should have no problem mounting the 881 on your factory crossbars. One thing to take into consideration is that with the factory bars you'll be limited to 110lbs of gear on the top.

Will this kayak carrier attach to the Toyota FJ factory roof rack cross bars? If not, can you suggest a carrier in the same price range that will work with the factory rack?

The 881 Top Deck will fit to most factory crossbars. If the bolts are not long enough, then you may have to purchase an Xadapt3.
