Purchased this item earlier in the week. I was first amazed at how fast this item was shipped out and arrived.
Wanted something that I could mount on an Equinox using the factory rails already in place. I did a lot of research and found this to be the most affordable option for carrying the bikes.
The directions were a little vague. I was able to follow them but could see how others may find them a bit difficult.
The rack seems very sturdy and looks good as well. The only complaint would be that they hang off the back of the SUV making the rear hatch hit them. It will raise about 70% of the way. This is more of a problem with the vehicle than the product.
Overall, the product looks good, seems to work well, and was delivered very quickly.
