Everything arrived quickly and as ordered. I agree with the previous post on crappy instructions, but if you have put any IKEA products together it should be no problem.

Still trying out the product. Everything is pretty good so far. Installation was a bit difficult because the instruction manual is worthless, once you figure it out on your own its pretty simple. Very useful measuring ruler came in the package. The measurements were not all that accurate for my care as far as the spacing between the two load bars. Other than that no complains.

Is this a complete set with the bars and end caps included? I did the fit guide an it added the bars and a fit kit to this. I want to make sure I will everything I need for install. How quickly does it ship?

The 480's come with the 4 towers and endcaps, the bars and kit are sold individually. Hope this answers your question.
