- Mounting ring attaches to any length standard Schedule 40 PVC tube
- Universal mounting hardware fits Thule Professional, Karrite, and other truck racks systems with a max 2inch diameter bar
- Includes security with one Thule lock cylinder and key
- Includes one 4 inch aluminum powder coated rear end cap with stainless steel handle and preassembled PVC mounting ring
- Includes durable 4 inch PVC front end cap with internal steel impact plate
- Two stainless steel u-bolts and mounting hardware included
