"I think my salesman was Kevin in the Portland store and he was informative, polite and very willing to offer his advice on the product questions I had. I received my order in a timely fashion and because of the service I consistantly receive from this store I will continue to use them before anyone else. They are also willing to match anyone's price online and obviously want to serve their returning customers and have come back for all their rack needs. I have spent thousands of dollars with Rack Attack and will continue to as long as the customer service and the pricing is competitive. Thank-you Kevin."
