"inital salesperson suggested a product solution consisting of both thule and Yakima parts that he said would work together. I purchased this solution but was later called back and explained by another salesperson that the solution would not work. This 2nd person helped me revise my order with a complete Thule solution that he said would work to meet my needs.
Shipping method and time to receive product was acceptable.
Overall good experience, reasonable prices, good support (quick & responsive)."

"The Thule rack, (Model 440) is not an exact fit for a 2007 Subaru Legacy Wagon. The factory roof rails on the vehicle taper towards the rear. The Thule feet will not slide along the load bar to a point narrow enough to fit snugly against the roof rails. This was not a issue on the front rack as the factory roof rails here are wide enough to accept the rack. A few minutes with a hand grinder lengthened the channel on the Thule load bar so that the feet would slide to a narrower position. "
