Thule 527 Paceline Fork Mount Carrier

Although this looks nice and seems to be built pretty well, mine broke the first time I used it. I had already owned the 518, which is now discontinued, and it appears that Thule has "upgraded" some of the moving parts from metal to plastic. From what I can tell, I might have overtightened the part that holds the fork in place because a piece of plastic there is now broken. I treated this model the same way that I treated the 518, and it broke immediately. I think they should switch back to the metal parts so they don't break so easy.
