Upgrading from an older rack that couldn't fit my new bike properly. The tomahawk is sweet! Fits everything with no problem. My 29x2.6 fits easily and my fat bike fits great as well and it's 27.5x4.5. No issues and all that support without extra add-ons makes the tomahawk an amazing deal.

I only wish it was quick to take off and put on to your car because my garage door is too low to drive through with the rack on. I have an suv and live in a house built in 1965. Besides that this rack is awesome. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install , works !!

Best roof mount rack I’ve owned with zero frame contact. The rack locks to the roof and the ratcheting tire hook locks the bike to the rack. Make sure you purchase the locks though. The rack also comes will all the extra hardware to allow a secure fit of a fat bike as well.

Fat bike ready out of the box, easy to use and assemble and it seems durable. I just wish it came with locks at least for the rack to the vehicle.

2015 Jeep Patriot

Installs with a lots of hex head screws. Put it on your cross bars and leave it there. Not as simple or flexible as a Yakima or Thule, but fits the bigger wheels. Bike with 2.3” tires wants to tip over when you’re moving the arm. I really got this for winter riding (4.8” tires). Not bad for the price point.

Love that it can handle any size wheel and tire option. Works great on my 29er and I’m so happy it fits my 5” fatty. No addition hardware to acomidate this. Great price and quick shipping!

Similar to my other rack which is a Thule side arm. Seems to fit less secure compared to the Thule (the bike rocks a tiny bit) unless i tighten the hook super tight. For the price compared to the Thule, can't really complain, it does the job.

2005 Acura TSX

I was prepared for a project when setting this up, which was unnecessary. Installation was straight forward and it holds my daughter's new 20" bike securely. Looking forward to bike rides at the park, thank you.

Works great, held bikes from 29", 27.5, 20", and road bike. Did exactly what I needed it to. The only thing that would make it better would be easier mounting not requiring and allen wrench.

I purchased 2 of these, they worked great. I just took them on my first trip, they held the bike secure throughout the trip on freeway and trails. They easily adjusted to fit 20", 26" and 27.5 tires. The only thing I wish was easier was mounting and unmounting the rack itself. I knew going in what was involved, but still disappointed it is more cumbersome than I would like. Eventually these will live on my car, but for the trip I mounted to the family car, they will not stay permanently so I will have to mount them whenever needed on that car.

I got this a few weeks ago, and have used it a few times since. I didn't use the standard mount method, but everything else about the rack is great. Easy to load a bike, it seems secure enough too. It would be nice if it came with locks, but we can't have everything. Now I just have to not drive into my garage with a bike on it.
