Saris 833B Axis Steel 3 Bike Black Bike Rack

We purchased this rack last summer to haul two adult size and one child size bike. We have been very pleased. The rack is easy to use, does not sway and provides overall quality for a great price. The ability to lower the rack and still access the tailgate is an added plus. Overall, great product. Would certainly recommend.

We had been wanting a rack that would not interfere with the opening of our Honda Civic's trunk lid when we wanted to get camping gear/supplies out of the trunk. This was perfect. Although we have only put two bikes on this 3-bike system, it works great for this. I think it would really be a tight squeeze putting a third bike on. But, I'm sure it could be done. The Draw-tite hitch I had put on works like a charm too. (An independent dealer put this on for us.) THE ONE THING I WISH I HAD BEEN TOLD WAS ABOUT THE NEED FOR A CROSS BAR FOR MY WIFE'S BIKE. I had to quickly buy this from a local bike store in order to put her bike on the Saris rack. That was an additional $35. One other thing, I bought the rack through Rack-Attack. They had to ship it from Saris. We were to leave on a car trip and needed it by a Friday. Saris accommodated our need and we got the rack on Thursday. I love the fact that the rack has a life-time guarantee also. It's is solid and with the 1 1/4 hitch there is minimal play. I am pleased! Oh, one other thing, be prepared for you gas mileage to drop with the wind resistance caused by the bikes....at least on my Civic.
